The staff are friendly and knowledgeable with excellent service, the place is clean and well maintained inside and out. Only complaint is that it is difficult get large trucks in the parking lot without a lot of manverering. The extra security with the locks and codes is reassuring.

I’ve liked Mini Price Storage. In many ways they’re great but they raise their rates every year and this year was 10% which is just way more than inflation and not okay. I emptied my unit.
