The best customer experience. Miss Valerie and her team do the damn thing 🤗🤟🏾🥹🤌🏾 able to take advantage of the summer special and that is help me tremendously especially in time of great need in between living arrangements and working. This place needs to put public storage in everyone else out of business because they are top of the line and customer services as well as safety.

Update: I have moved out of my unit. I was there for about 7 months. The process to move in, make payments, and move out was very simple and all of my belongings were in good shape still. I appreciate Mini Price Storage for being clean and secure.
Original review: The facility is clean, I had more than enough space for all of my stuff, and the staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful to me. The elevator is spacious and they have platform carts available to help you move things. It has been a breeze moving things, accessing my unit, and making payments on the unit. It’s really comforting to know that my items remain clean and safe.

I’ve liked Mini Price Storage. In many ways they’re great but they raise their rates every year and this year was 10% which is just way more than inflation and not okay. I emptied my unit.

Let me just start off and say, I am the last minute always got a problem Queen!!!! But on more than one occasion Mini price storage has got me together!!! From my initial visit a year ago when I had to urgently find a new storage because the ppl I booked with were rude and unprofessional before I even entered the facility, Mini Price got me in hassle free and made everything easier.
As of late I’ve been wondering if I need to look for other options as I consider downsizing. But then I spoke to Dylan. ( Again at a time where I’m in another state needing urgent access and unable to remember my code and key location. ) He explained all my options quickly and concisely and even recommended a way to get the one key there fast and for cheap compared to my initial plan. Started off the call all frazzled and now I’m at ease. Ima stay where I’m at even if I do downsize. I appreciate good people that listen to understand and not to just market something else. He could’ve very well said just pay to cut the lock. But he didn’t he gave me solutions.??????Thanks again Dylan.

I spoke with Rhonda today and I would like to say thank you for your compassion and understanding and excellent customer service! I’ve had such a great experience every since I got a storage with Mini Price Storage, the front desk staff are so pleasant and they’ve also always provided me with great customer service! I would definitely recommend Mini Price to anyone.
