Awful customer service and terrible company. The woman I spoke with hung up on me when I called them. They towed my car, I called them within 10mins of it being towed at 6pm and told me they were closed and I couldn’t get my car back. I don’t live near by. Insane.

No wonder they got a bad review. My car was towed from my apartment where I've been living for years . Made appointment at 1030am and hasn't show up until now 11 25am. . Also they're going to close at 1230pm . Unable to contact the company so far
