Brought my vehicle into One Stop on Saturday morning. They diagnosed the problem within minutes of pulling into the service bay. Consulted with me about what was needed to correct the problem. They called to have the repair part delivered and service performed. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. I will have Jerry and Company get my Explorer back road worthy. Very pleased with my experience. Will be a customer for life.

I was impressed! I didn't know the extent of the work they could do. My rack and pinion steering suddenly went out on my truck. I called 4 other garages, and 3 said take it to the dealer. $$$$. One said go to One Stop. I was desperate, so gave them a call. They said sure, they could fix it. Dropped it off that afternoon and picked it up the next morning. The team was excellent, kept me informed the whole way, explained my options, and constantly informed of the cost. They did a terrific job, were reasonably priced, and extremely friendly to work with. Definitely going back!

RJ at One Stop Auto has earned a customer for life. I brought my Kia into him with an engine issue that is on Kia to fix. Instead of just telling me to get it off his lot like some places would, he graciously talked me through what I would need to do and what the process would be like. He also took it upon himself to call Kia not once, but twice on my behalf to get me the correct information. He has kindly answered all of my questions and has been very honest with me. My whole family will now be using One Stop Auto and specifically asking for RJ after all he has done for me. Thanks again, I look forward to working with you all in the future.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They did my spark plugs and didn't torque them. Every single one (that I can get to) could be unscrewed with zero effort. 1 of them I could unscrew by hand. I called to ask them to torque the last 2 that I can't reach and they said I'd have to pay for it. Absolute garbage! Do not use them.

Customer beware I took my car to Mercedes they stated the reason why my heat wasn't working because they unplugged wires to different wires that wasn't supposed to be. Never going back to them. In my other vehicle I took it to the dealership and it stated that parts were missing.

I can’t even begin to describe the wonderful experiment with One Stop Auto Repair. I brought my car in 12/26/23 early morning and was greeted with a warm welcome. Ashley thoroughly went over the steps. My car was able to be serviced the same day! They fixed the issue and I was able to get on the road and head to Florida with my family.
One Stop Auto Repair is a family owned business. They were wonderful and made me feel like a valued customer. Not being a Virginia native, I’ve never had a “go to” person for car related issues. I will be utilizing One Stop Auto Repair for my car maintenance needs.

Had my Jeep towed here last year after the fuel line ruptured. They had it fixed up fast and were very kind throughout the whole process. Dropped it off again last Monday for a few other repairs and they had it ready by Tuesday morning. Still kind and courteous as ever, and even went ahead and did my stateinspection that was well overdue. Good price for all services rendered. Will definitely be coming back for future repairs. Support your local family owned business!
