I’ve been a member of The Richmond Credit Union for over 35 years. About 5 cars later and consolidation loans, they’ve been there to help. Ms Lois, Manager has been there as long as I’ve been a member and I’ve always appreciated the knowledge and experience she and her staff have shared with me through the years.

Considering that closed my account 5 years ago after I made a special trip to the Brook Rd. branch to speak to a manager.I know you're a small credit union but you should still be able to process simple banking procedures. Like cashing a savings bond. I was told that you could but that I would receive the funds over a period of time. I have never heard of this. So I walked down the street to Wells Fargo and even having an account they processed the payment in full.Needless to say that I opened an account on the spot after they took care of the bond.There were other issues but this was it for me.

do not use this bank! they will steal your money! I had a small savings account that I had not used in a while because it was mine and my mothers. my mother passed away and i didn't add to the account so they took $10 a month out of it for "fees" until it was almost completely gone. why do you need to charge fees for a saving account to just sit.they even took extra when i closed it . never had a bank do that! would not recommend this place.

The tellers are very nice and the location is convenient. Easy to stop in and make deposits or withdrawals.

Have been with Partners for many years and have never had a problem. Debit card always works when I am out of country and the staff are always helpful with any questions you may have. Would definitely refer.

This is the worst bank on the planet. They froze my card on a Friday and now I am stranded in the middle of the night with no gas and will be unable to work until I can get my money out of the bank or use my card. I will lose $350+ for not being bake to use my card this weekend. No fraudulent activity has taken place. They did not contact me. Screw this bank. I've always hated them. I cant count how many times I bounced in the past when I asked them to freeze but nooooo. Bounce after bounce. Now I have $700 in there and it's frozen. What a joke! Thank goodness I can now switch banks I've literally been stuck with them for a decade.

I obtained a mortgage in 2002. In 2007, upon noticing 1098 annual Mortgage Interest Statements had irregular interest accrual patterns, I questioned credit union staff about the accounting on my loan. The CEO agreed to hire an "independent" auditor. The credit union intentionally misled me with the results of the audit. Accounting problems and irregular interest patterns continued. I performed my own audit in the fall of 2015, and found that Partners had unilaterally changed the terms of my mortgage. As a result of accounting corrections, Partners reduced the principal balance by almost $2,000. However, Partners refused to credit the overcharged interest, fraudulently obtained.
