I moved into my apartment the end of December 2024 and I love it. It is cozy and the layout is adorable. My neighbors are all very personable and quiet. I would highly recommend Raven Place to anyone looking to rent in the Richmond area! The apartments are affordable and worth every penny!

I have been trying to get a view of this place for weeks, the first time they called me as I was pulling into the parking lot, the second I waited for nearly an hour without them showing up to tour me. The facility seemed nice and the cleaning staff was so sweet, management could probably tighten up.

Super cute community, loved how close it was to the farmers market and VCU. CJ was so helpful and knowledgeable and it was so clear that she cared about her job and took pride in the property. Ultimately I ended up renting elsewhere but the tour and overall experience was great!
