Their website and phone lines haven't worked properly for at least a year. I've sent them emails and no response. If you don't do donation pickups anymore fix your site and phone lines!

And this is an apple absolute joke if you’re homeless don’t bother asking the Salvation Army for help it’s on the weekend not the place to donate clothes to not the place to do anything for I’m really disappointment with Richmond Virginia
