Took my car without permission from the accident would not tow the car to my shop 2 blocks away or to body shop dragged my car on the side rails of the flat bed causing more damage all this to try to gyp my insurance for car storage fees hope it covers damage to the bottom of my car.

They tow your vehicle for street cleaning when there are no proper signs posted for the day they tow you on. I was towed on a Wednesday with no Wednesday signs posted anywhere. I think this is not just negligence but intentional.
