Worst experience exhibited by an employee named Theresa Houltz. We had an appointment for a TSA PreCheck, but she did not know how to even operate the computer and constantly had to ask another coworker for assistance, lasting out her frustration out on us. When the payment went through the first time, she claimed the application did not go through and asked us to pay again, despite the payment going through. Now we have to wait for a refund on the double charge, supposedly making this “seeming-less” process extra difficult with no email confirmation of the refund and just a verbal word from Theresa saying it’ll be handled, taking more than an hour for just this appointment with no resolution. Extremely unprofessional and do not recommend this location for any service.

If you need to get copies made, DO NOT GO HERE! The only self-service copiers they had were two old and antiquated pieces. I tried using their machines, and all of the colours are off. All the greys were coming out as yellow. I went to the counter to ask for a refund, and they refused. They refused to give a refund based on their faulty equipment. If you need copies made, I suggest you try going to your local public library. They have good modern copiers, and they charge half as much as this place did.

Waited to ship a package to Amazon. Stood in shipping while man helped customer with a print order. Another female employee came off break. Walked right past me as I waited for the man to finish. Went to work in print area behind the man. Another person joined me in line. Still waiting. And a 3rd person joined the line. Man still helping customer. Female employee still working on printing. After about a 5 min wait, male employee had to ask female employee to help in shipping. Why? Why couldn’t the female help without being asked? Is it a special job to be handled by the male only? Where is the efficiency? Hopefully the mgr can share with the employees to look for people needing help instead of asking for the obvious….

I had the most wonderful experience with Aisha today! I placed two online orders for my office and stopped in to pick them up. When I walked in she was immediately friendly and welcoming!! She even talked to me about the warranty for my items, which I’m beyond thankful that she did because I bought my chair online, thought about getting the warranty - didn’t and then second guessed myself and wanted to ask about adding it when I got to the store and COMPLETELY forgot until she said something! Typically I shop Amazon for my office but after my experience with Aisha and her being so knowledgeable and friendly I think I’m going to switch 🙂 she also told me about the printer cartridge program Staples has and as soon as we run out of ink, I know where I am going!!

I went to Staples to purchase the 24 count Crayola crayons for my library at school because they were on sale for $.49 a box. The bin for them was empty. I asked a sales associate if the store had any more in stock. He immediately got a ladder, climbed up and got me exactly what I needed. That level of customer service is unfortunately lacking these days. I was grateful and impressed with his prompt service!

Tried to have a walk-in TSA precheck and the lady who I talked to was very unhelpful and I felt like she was trying to shoo me away. She was hesitant to answer my questions and generally rude.

Had issues with my computer.
The staff at Staples was able to fix and resolve my problems.
They all were very helpful and patient with me.
