The best thing about this hotel was the Valet Mr. Eric. He was amazing. He made sure we were taken care of. My husband needed a haircut and Eric had somebody come and do it at the hotel. Eric was very informative and helpful. He is a Gem. Thank you everything.

Well kept historic hotel. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Customer service from check-in to valet was top notch! My family are were in Richmond from Chicago- thank you!
