I purchased shoes and almost immediately they hurt my feet, once I noticed this I took the shoes off. Absolutely no wear or tear on the shoes. When I tried to return them the next day day they said they don’t take returns because I wore the shoes and they (not me) threw away the box. Their own receipt says they take returns in 5 days. No signs or anything in writing that says they don’t take returns of shoes. Nothing was stated to me about no returns or that I needed the box. They could not point to a single thing in the store that states this. Every shoe store I have gone to makes it clear what their return policy is and allows you to return shoes provided they have not been worn outside or are scuffed. 20 yrs ago I returned sneakers for a similar reason was able to return them no questions asked. Buyer be ware. They don’t back their own policies

Beautiful gift shop, rude, snobby employees. It's a hospital gift shop, not a high end boutique.

Great staff! I called down to see if they had over-the-counter medications available for hospital visitors, and the employee I spoke to put me on hold so she could check to see what specific items were in stock. Thank you for the extra time and attention!

Lots of cute and practical gift items, snacks, and friendly and helpful employees. Expect gift store prices, but for me, the convenience of finding gifts and necessary items for my hospitalized loved one and family back home without leaving the hospital or shopping online and paying for shipping was worth it!

I didn't actually get to go in the store, I'm a patient at the hospital. But I've purchased from there twice so far while here. I called to see if they had what I wanted, and they were more than willing to check and tell me the price too. I asked a nurse to go down and purchase what I needed.

Have been going in here for years, they have some nice workers and some that are very unpleasant people to be doing a customer service job. Purchased two Hoodies on Friday, also had a bottle of pepsi on the counter, the cashier did the goodies then announced to me, she forgot the drank and I can't put it on the same care I just made a $85.00 dollar purchase on. Now it was her mistake but she rudely acted as if it were my fault she did not do her job completely.

Absolutely AWESOME! Just spoke with Tonya on the phone to order a gift for a friend in the hospital. She was helpful, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this gift shop and they are blessed with wonderful employees.

With the virus at large and social distancing in effect... I wanted to send a special "get well" basket to my grandmother. The sale reps were so patient and helpful with getting this basket prepared. And I was surprised because it was 40 mins before close, but it didn't seem to bother them. They got the gift basket ready and sent within 20 minutes. Very happy with the outstanding customer service!

The lady behind the counter was INCREDIBLY rude, I had barely set foot in the store with my 8 year old before she snapped "y'all got 4 minutes". First and last time I will ever set foot in there.

Better customer service and workers should work on being customer friendly. It will make you want to shop their more. When you ask questions they aren't to friendly so it makes you dont wanna shop in there
