I ordered some flowers for my aunt, and the woman on the phone was so kind and helpful. She helped me pick out a few other items for her as well, including a lotion and a magazine. They then delivered it right to her room. Great experience and definitely recommend this gift shop!

Great staff! I called down to see if they had over-the-counter medications available for hospital visitors, and the employee I spoke to put me on hold so she could check to see what specific items were in stock. Thank you for the extra time and attention!

Lots of cute and practical gift items, snacks, and friendly and helpful employees. Expect gift store prices, but for me, the convenience of finding gifts and necessary items for my hospitalized loved one and family back home without leaving the hospital or shopping online and paying for shipping was worth it!
