“My daughter was unfortunately involved in an accident in her car, resulting in Glen Allen Towing having to pick up. Well I wish I could tell you the fun stopped there ::sarcasm:: but it did not. There was a mix-up in regards to the VIN & the insurance company had recorded an inaccurate VIN that did not match the VIN on the car. This entire process of sorting out the VIN stretched out over a TWO WEEK period. It was incredibly frustrating to say the least!! But throughout this time frame I worked with a very kind gentleman over at Glen Allen Towing by the name of DAVID. This man could not have been nicer, more professional, helpful, patient the list goes on and on. There were a lot of calls I had to make to Glen Allen Towing and each and every time I called DAVID was nothing short of wonderful. He offered sound advise, suggestions and solutions to assist me in working through this VIN issue. Finally today after what feels like forever the car was picked up. So I wanted to ensure I gave kudos and showed my appreciation to DAVID for all he did to get this unfortunate situation over with as quickly as possible. So in closing IF ever I or my family need towing assistance I can assure you Glen Allen Towing is who I am calling...... and you should too!”

“These guys are quick, communicative and cost efficient. My car lost acceleration on a Tuesday and I dropped it off with Graham at 8am on Wednesday. I saw a ton of cars in the lot and Graham told me that they're backed up with inspections and it may be a while. I left it anyhow bc I live close and was desperate. Graham called me by 9:30am to tell me I needed new spark plugs and a coil, and then had it ready to pick up by noon. Labor was only 1/3 of the total cost and was super reasonable. I have terrible luck with cars, but Carroll's Auto took all the stress out of the experience - thank you!!!”

Sometimes you never know what kind of company will be showing up when you're in an accident and although I never heard of this company until today but will definitely recommend them for their area!”

“Just wanted to thank Ren over at the Commerce road location. I was driving down the road and my tire pressure monitor light came on and I pulled into Leete just to see if they could check pressures and make sure I hadn’t run over a nail or risk having a blow out on the highway and Ren checked all 4 tires and the spare and found a few tires were under pressure and had tripped the tire pressure sensor. He checked for punctures & filled all tires up including the spare (which he had to crawl up underneath of my 4runner to get to) and the sensor light went away. He didn’t even charge me even though it took 10-15 minutes out of his day. I just wanted to say thanks to him and Leete for helping me out at a moments notice and ensuring my car was safe to drive. I will definitely recommend this place to other people. Thanks again.”

“It was a good experience overall. Aside from the feeling you're in a episode of Queen of the South the results were great at a great price. The transmission took a few weeks, but it was worth the wait for the prize. They handled me freaking out pretty well when some things weren't clear, however, they just wrote it out with me until I finished venting. It's at an old dealership in Richmond but I'm sure that's where some of the savings come from. Thanks to them and all they do I appreciate the good work.”
