Due to incompetent shipper, who shipped ground instead of overnight, my package was due to arrive after I left for vacation. I thought all was lost until I tracked and saw package had got to Richmond on Friday afternoon, due to deliver on Monday. UPS were able to intercept the package at the depot, and I was able to pick it up just 2 hours later on Friday evening. Customer center staff very friendly and diligent, were able to locate my package quickly, even though it had just arrived there. Very pleased they were able to resolve my problem very quickly, and get me my package before leaving for vacation.

I am beyond blown away. UPS has delivered (3) replacement orders for broken solar panels and attempted a redelivery of the same broken panels that I declined on the previous day. Now tracking shows, once again, that they are delivering the same broken panels that I declined yesterday. The tracking shows "Minor Damage" . The driver and I both inspected the panels. They are smashed in, glass shattered. I have used FB Messenger to contact UPS each time. Some responses are that a case is being opened only to have a followup message that Amazon has to deal with it. I called the number listed for UPS in Richmond at 9601 COACH RD, RICHMOND, VA ·. I get an automated system that WILL NOT connect me to a person. It hung up on me. I need a number to speak to a real person.

UPS ...Utterly Poor ServiceThey list 3 of my packages. The items were worth a total of $1,000. No one knows where they are. In Richmond Va. UPS, they say.

I went in with my three year old and four month old... So anyone with kids knows how things might go. The staff was extremely friendly, professional and quick! I could've been in and out in less than 3 minutes.... But my toddler got interested in the greeting cards and we ended up staying an extra 15-20 minutes. He had a full blown conversation with the staff and one of them even gave him some complementary bubble wrap lol which took his mind off the greeting cards.. he loved it and was so excited to pop it. I couldn't believe they went out of their way to satisfy not only me but my son. Superb customer service!!!

They left my package with RX medication hanging on the OUTSIDE of my mailbox on a busy road. Evidently they are too lazy to drive down the driveway. Pitiful!

Terrible customer service no place to fe a complaint against a driver who leaves medical supplies out in the pouring rain without a plastic trash bag for protection .. ups is becoming as bad as fed x .. stupidity at its best

Someone at ups opened my package and investigated the contents. I am highly upset and I feel taken advantage of. The manufacturer seal were broken and my item had dust and fingerprints on it.

I don't know what happened to my regular driver but I wish he would come back. My Amazon package never reached me. I waited a week for the shipping to get sorted and it was supposed to be delivered today by UPS. The guy drove past my house 2 times. The number is clear on the house and mail box. He needed additional information is what was told to Amazon. He looked at me and I at him as he drove by. Are you hiring people who can't read? That's what it seems like

The driver obviously cannot read. My address is on my house and mail box. How can he need additional information? He drove past my home twice in the same day. Where is my regular driver and even the substitutes have never just not delivered. Rural America wants it's packages too. I patiently waited a week for this and to be treated like this by your driver.

UPS lost two packages in one day, one I sent and the other I was suppose to receive. For the package I was supposed to receive, I called Customer Service and I was connected with the UPS Customer Center. The local hub stated that the package was lost or misplaced and it happens all of the time. Their manager defended their actions and words. I began calling at 10:00 and was reassured the package would be delivered yesterday. Then after 2:00, it was the package was going to be delivered before 7 PM. I call back later, and they tell me that the package was lost in Kentucky. Well I check the shipping progress and it was scanned several times in Richmond. So their manager either lied or was completely incompetent. Use Fedex.

The only shipping service that can’t seem to deliver to my actual house. This whole company is a joke I wish Amazon would stop using them. Can never call for help because they hang up on you. I live in a suburban area it’s not difficult to find. ETA: they respond faster to a negative review that the phone.

I delivered a new truck to this facility. The people at the gate are very friendly and helpful. The guys in the shop are just as friendly. I look forward to delivering to them more.
