Have visited this UPS location multiple times and each time is pretty smooth. Small location so can get busy at times but they are pretty efficient!

Showed them a coupon of 3 month free mailbox. The cashier boy said we dont accept it because it is not a franchise.
If a store is not a UPS franchise, it should not be operating under The UPS Store branding. All official UPS Store® locations are franchises that must adhere to corporate guidelines, including honoring official promotions like a 3-month free mailbox coupon (assuming it's valid and within terms).
ll UPS Stores are franchises. If they’re using the UPS name, logo, and branding, they must be part of the franchise system or they’re violating UPS’s trademark.
If they’re not part of the franchise, they shouldn’t be calling themselves The UPS Store® or using that signage at all.

Preston hooked me up! I have been to 4 or 5 other “print shops”, and none of them know what they’re doing. I ONLY come to this UPS, because of the excellent service and knowledgeable employees. What would’ve taken 2 hours at another store was finished in 15 mins. 🙇♂️ Thanks so much! And big thanks to Preston

They made me wait for half an hour and forward my confidential documents like I -94, and then told me they can’t help me with opening a mailbox. They themselves don’t know the rules properly. Avoid this place.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I tried to return an amazon package but the clerk Brandon wouldn’t accept it if it wasn’t in Amazon packaging. Amazon sends packages without Amazon packaging and did not state that it had to be in an actual box labeled for shipping it just said to add the label to the box. The clerk proceeded to tell me to purchase a shipping box and took my label off the box I had. Highly disappointed! Amazon stated that I could use any box! See pic below! The clerk Brandon stated that if it had an original shipping label on the box he would have taken it and since it didn’t he cannot accept. He also stated that it was because Amazon would want to preserve the original manufacturing box which doesn’t make any sense because Amazon also offered me the option to have no box or label. So I don’t believe that it’s Amazon’s concern to preserve the shipping box. I also tried to show the clerk that Amazon stated it could be in any box however, he kept repeating that Amazon wanted to preserve the manufacturer box which isn’t true at all! I would not recommend this ups store to anyone!

The amount of customer service I received from the employee that helped me. It’s rare that people nowadays give the amount of customer service needed to keep customers coming back and show appreciation for what we both bring to the table. Thank you to the young lady that helped and to UPS.
