I always seem to have a complicated issue that I need help with and the folks at this store do a fantastic job of problem solving with me. I have had a mailbox for over a year and am very happy with the customer service-the store manager Kai especially goes above and beyond.

Communication sucks here!! Customer service is awful!! I was told shipping free for item...this store charges for printing. Definitely should mention this before printing so customers can make a choice if they want to proceed. Supposedly the manager was there yesterday and was mad because I made a "flipped face" she says. Of course I will make a face if I thought everything was free. It was not towards her, in general. Error on sender and I was not responsible for any cost..not $1. But instead, the manager at this store got loud and stated "this was a waist of her time" and "I can leave now!" She took the box cutter and started cutting my box ridiculously aggressively to remove label she just placed and I'd guess to make sure I can't use that box again!? I asked what was so wrong with our interaction and she said I made a face and to leave or she'd call police. So I waited and no police came.I hardly said a word to her and I definitely was not rude to her. I asked questions to see how I can send my items. Nasty attitude and when I called to check if I should pay for there printing, I was told they shouldn't charge me anything! Fraudulent activity going on ?? Message to better business bureau will be given.

My recent visit to your UPS store was extremely unsatisfactory, due to a very poor interaction with one of your employees. Their attitude and lack of professionalism deeply soured my experience. I expect a certain level of privacy and respect in public interactions, which was completely disregarded. This incident has not only deterred me from revisiting this location but has also led me to question the overall competence of your staff. Frankly, the level of service was so aggravating that I would prefer paying a premium at FedEx to avoid such frustrating experiences in the future. Serious improvements are needed in your customer service approach.

This UPS Store is AWESOME IN THE WAY OF SERVICE TO ME! THANKS SO MUCH YOU'VE MADE MY DAY & PLEASE KEEP IT GOING MOVING FORWARD! I THINK THAT THIS IS THE BEST UPS STORE EVER IN VIRGINIA, WONDERFUL JOB!

Genuinely the worst UPS I’ve been to. Staff are sluggish and unhelpful. Looking at you blank faced with no solution to help with anything. If you’re looking to feel depressed, this is the place to go.

Knowledgeable staff. I frequent this place and am always in and out in no time. It can get busy around 5pm though I so recommend going earlier in the day if you can.

I went to take prints from a USB flash drive. They insisted I use a computer instead of telling me to print directly from a printer. Then they charged me for using a computer time. What a rip-off!

This place is run by a bunch of people who don't care about customer service or actually working. They tell you things don't work so they don't have to do anything. They fake call other ups places to tell you you can do things at other locations. They have lost two of my packages and straight up lied about sending a check after I made a claim. Trash.

The store is clean, tidy, well -lit and - on the day that I was there- busy. The staff is friendly, knowledge, patient, and very helpful. The store offers a number of services. And those services that the store provide are reasonably priced, and the staff offers those services in a prompt and courteous fashion.I must confess that the store's location- in a retail court that is also home to some of my favorite stores in Richmond- always puts me in a pleasant frame of mind, a frame of mind that always brightly colors my disposition towards happiness whenever I spend any time in this store.Recommended.

Paid $3.37 to print ONE PIECE OF PAPER. Owner seems to be price gouging as I use to pay only a dollar and some change.

I miss this store! The entire staff is incredible. Fast, efficient, respectful and above all, kind. They never get flustered or frustrated no matter how many packages or time you take. The lack of professionalism we have encountered since moving to North Carolina has been overwhelming to say the least. For whatever reason, people are meaner, have shorter fuses, especially if you dare question! Heaven help the women of rural North Carolina ? We are sticking to Raleigh. At least the people are kind there!

I paid 160$ to send a package. When it came back to me after 10 days of sending it, I found out the underlying US Postal Air service would not process it (laptop battery) due to international shipping restriction. UPS considered what happened, then fully refunded me. Thank you!

Called the store about a notary they told me bring in the documents and it would cost five dollars. Some problem occurred went to get other documents came back again today and notary was making excuses not to sign it. They need to be specific what documents they due and how to go about this. I noticed no problem was given to the lady in front of me getting her documents done.
