SpiderShop offers wonderful service with a friendly and accommodating staff that is always ready to help. The store has a wide variety of attire and accessories, perfect for any University of Richmond fan. Customers appreciate the constantly updated selection of products and enjoy fun events hosted by the shop, like coffee with a cop. The staff is professional and willing to answer questions, making shopping a pleasant experience. While the stock is generally well-rounded, there are occasional shortages, such as Westhampton items. Alumni can benefit from discounts during special events, and many customers plan to return for future visits. Overall, SpiderShop is a great place for game day apparel, gifts, and souvenirs.
