I live in an apartment complex and I have been receiving mail from this post office for the last almost 5 months since moving in April. I came home from work last night and my mailbox was completely full of mail that I did not even get as old as almost 3 months ago. I also found a birthday card my dad sent for my daughter (back in MAY) already opened, and the money stolen out of it. This post office is by far, not the best-- they didn’t deliver my mail, some of it important, and probably stole from my child.

This USPS is okay in my book. I like the people who work inside the office as well as the people who deliver the mail. I recommend this location.

Dude if I could give a lower star or none I would I have been waiting some March 22th and here it is April 28th 2025 for my post box key I just moved into our townhouse and they said I would have to go get a key from the post office I get there pay 20 bucks and get told it should be ready in 2 weeks we all I don't drive so it took me a little longer to get up there and when I finally get there about 3 weeks after to get all my held mail that I had to fill out some card in order for them hold my mail till I get my key which should of been ready because it was way passed 2 weeks of waiting and then pay for my key to my box I'm told the key was not ready and how they were backed up on making a key which makes no sense what's so ever and then I asked for all my mail that was on hold and they said I don't have any which is crazy because I have the app called informed mail and it literally sends me an email every day showing you what's coming to my mailbox that I paid for and I'm told I have no mail then where is my mail going makes no sense I've been living here almost 2 months now and still don't have no key to the damn mailbox and then when you try to call them they don't pick up the phone it makes no sense and then on top of it I paid $20 for a key I'm not understanding and I'm getting frustrated and I don't drive so I have to find a ride to get to the usps office and I'm told no key or any mail so I filled out the card again for them to hold my mail and I just called them 5 times and nobody will pick up the phone and when you go in there the man acts dumb and and say he don't know what the hold up is for and why I don't have any mail I'm like then what are you doing back there just playing with your self makes no sense I should get a refund for my 20 bucks for waiting this long and where is my mail going to at this point.. Something needs to be done because I'm not the first person to complain about this and went up there for my key there was another lady there to asking the same thing

Moved into my new place and was told the post office manages the mailbox so we had to go to them to get a new key. 2 weeks they told us we would have a key, when we returned after 2 weeks they told me there was a mix up and it would be another week. i went after a 3rd week and still nothing. this time claims that they were backed up, which was never told to us just to come back in a week. so i ask if i can get my mail picked up from the box so i can pick it up at the post office, they say sure come back saturday. come back saturday and no mail, more excuses. this is the postal service. you cant have people waiting 3 weeks to get their mail. there is time sensitive stuff there. no communication or way to call ahead. iv wasted 3 trips in gas and time to get no where. the people here are nice and understanding but that isn’t getting anyone anywhere….

First time calling this place and its phone automated service is out of whack choosing words at random without any words actually being said causing a terrible calling experience. I've being trying to get in touch with someone and it just can't be done due to their glitch. I see bad reviews, and now I see it is justified. If I could rate it zero stars I would. This government establishment needs improvement urgently.

Can’t deliver any packages on time and they don’t deliver to the right address…Even if you pay more and call your package will be delivered late wish I could have gave 0 stars

Customer Service is very unsatisfactory. Business Hours are posted 9 am to 5 pm, about 7 of us are in line and they still haven't opened up and it's 9:15am. Also the day before I Had a package delivered to my business address, no one bothered to leave a slip saying we tried to deliver your package they said the business was vacant and return to sender.

I worked at this office for about 3 months last summer as a CCA. It was the second worst job I’ve ever had. Even back during the summer that had me coming in for a 9-11am- until whenever they “dismissed me” shift. There was one night-time manager who was actually fair to my (and your) time. Both other managers treated the general public as an annoyance and me as utterly disposable despite never being in the same position.
I was working 12-14 hour days everyday for weeks. Roughly 1000+ stops because the southside office is so understaffed there are multiple routes vacant.
Not to mention after being out past 8 hours EVERYTHING turns over to amazon packages. Forget getting mail to folks who haven’t had it in weeks because there isnt a reliable carrier; they’d rather overcharge every new CCA with routes that havent been carried in weeks and then call us back with half the mail undelivered to come back for amazon packages.
There was also SEVERE wage theft that left me super unmotivated. “Time and a half after 8 hours” lmaooooooo. If that were true I would have been making at least 3k a month. I make more doing 36 hours at a new RETAIL store.

I'd give it a higher score, but I've been standing here for over 20 (as usual) mins in a line of 10 folks and only 1 assistant (as usual) ON THE 1ST of the month. Then of course The only assistant has to go in the back to" look" for something. 4:17pm
Its 84°in here with NO AIR MOVEMENT (as usual).
Lady in the back, on the phone laughing, peeks around the corner then ducks right back to hiding.
Now there are 15 people and the bell has been ring twice.
This is not a rare event here.
4:35pm the assistant walks slowly back to the desk and proceeds to look over paperwork and only the does he acknowledge his 1 of now 24 customers ( 3 have now left).
Customer service IS NOT a factor to the USPS. They are ALL ran this way, sadly.

Register at Post Office was not available to use by staff upon arrival, deeming the entire purpose of the post office useless.

I don't normally write reviews but lets get into it.
As far as delivery goes, expect them to be the slowest of the slow. If they can't find your residence, they won't even try will literally drop off your packages at a random location & will LIE about delivery. These delivery drivers suck!! They don't even take a picture to prove they left the package. They should have zero stars. The absolute worst in the area!!!

Every single time I have tried to come here during their regular business hours they have signs about being closed and re open at some random time. Often closed for hours at a time. Super inconsistent.
