About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service provides secure, reliable, and affordable mail and package delivery to every address. This local Post Office can be very busy, with long lines out the door, especially during holidays like Christmas. Staff are noted for being patient, delightful, and providing professional service with a smile, showing what good customer service looks like. They offer helpful options and understand customer needs. However, a lack of discretion from staff is noted, so it is advised to keep issues brief during transactions. Overall, many report good and professional service.

I can say that THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST USPS LOCATION IN THE WHOLE RIC AREA. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. 30 minutes in line for a broken system, packages don’t move for like 2 weeks, Jesus, this place is horrible.
