We have been to many verizon stores, both corporate and retail and talked to representatives on the phone to resolve different issues. We finally landed at the Victra store on South Laburnum Ave and met with Dymon. He is the best. He is professional, knowledgeable, and so very helpful. He explains things well. He resolved the issues. He deserves a raise.

Shout out to the sales Associate Markey. He helped me and my wife with an upgrade 18 days ago. Told us then about the trade in a phone, any phone to get credit off the new phone we got.
Well finally managed to get up there today. Even though he was working the store solo, Markey still handled and juggled all customers there at the time equally with precision and professionalism.
Thank you sir, keep it up! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received at this Verizon location. I arrived and was clearly waiting to be helped, yet the employee Amara chose to assist someone who came in after me without even acknowledging my presence. Customer service should be fair, professional, and attentive — this experience was none of those things. I understand that stores can get busy, but basic customer service includes recognizing when someone has been waiting too long and keeping them informed. There was a young man there with locs and glasses who saw Amara assist a customer before me that came in after me . He did bring it to her attention that I was actually next. He apologized to me a few times during the ordeal. I still was not assisted and ended up leaving.

The gentleman who helped us was very polite and helpful, but unfortunately the manager ruined the experience. She was extremely pushy, not transparent about what I would actually be getting and the prices of each thing I was being charged for. I was very uncomfortable and glad I turned down most of what was being posed to me or I would’ve been paying over $500 for bs.

Arrived at the S Laburnum office and only had one elderly person working. It was several customers waiting. This person appears not to be knowledgeable about what he was doing. He had a thick guide in front of him. I was there just to drop off equipment. He didn’t greet or acknowledge the customers in the building.

Although they are nice in the store the lack of communication,and knowledge is lacking. My credit is messed up because i was misinformed and had to go back here to finally get the right help and because of the help I wasn't given the time before and a simple answer that I was never given or help with pay off your phone it messed up my credit. Yall make sure you can pay 2 bills when you switch or your credit will be messed up (until you get your giftcard) which for me was 3.5 months I insane.
With the pay off your phone you need to be able to pay your new and old phone until the Email comes

Awful experience. I was directed to this location to exchange a router but was informed they don’t have them in stock. The employee never looked up from his computer and was rude and dismissive when I asked if he could help direct to me a location that had them. Very rude employees here.

I broke my phone and needed replacement. I was greeted at the door by a salesman. I told him my situation and without getting the whole story on my situation, he was trying to sell me a higher price point phone. Soooo I called Verizon on my spare phone. They have my phone in stock but want 12.99+ to ship overnight. I told the representative on the phone I would buy if they waive the shipping fee. Me being a good customer for almost 5 years didn't mean a thing, she told me that it couldn't be done. At that point I cancelled the request and hung up. I thanked the salesman and left. I will try Walmart in the morning to see what they can do for me☎️☎️☎️???...
