Walgreens offers a mix of experiences. Some customers find the front registers busy and sometimes no one is available, which is disappointing. Other customers praise polite hard-working Walgreens Employees. An employee was described as grace under pressure and very efficient, especially when giving a COVID-19 booster. The pickup service is top tier. Online photo orders are ready quickly, often in about five minutes. Items ordered online can be used with a discount code and are ready early in the morning if picked up late at night. Employees at the photo counter stop what they are doing to take care of customers super quickly. Staff is helpful and patient, fixing kiosk issues and ensuring clarity and editing feature work. Staff makes all of the difference, and many customers are glad to stop at this location.
Pharmacy is always backed up and UNPLEASANT. Online is unhelpful. Don’t waste your time with this crap company.

they lost or never recorded an immunization I got with them. They said they couldn't find it on record then rudely hung up without explanation.

Rude/unprofessional pharmacist. I held for 17 minutes and when my call was answered I was spoken to in a very unprofessional manner/tone.
