Was there for 2 hours yesterday trying to open a safety deposit box for work. Lack of communication, knowledge, time management, no water offered, no bathrooms insight. It truly was a poor experience.

Monday morning. 11am. No greeting. 10 people waiting in line to be serviced. Literally 1 teller to service the 10 people waiting. Been here 17 min and they’ve only serviced 1 person out of the 10.
