Customer service is paramount to the success of any business, and with that said, please applaud Casey on an outstanding. She was the epitome of pleasant and professional. I came in to cash a State of VA check. I bank with a few other banks but Casey indeed was exceptional.

I just came in hopes of depositing my pay check but to my disappointment the women at the front was too busy having a full on conversation with more people in front of me to attend to me. Trusted I left and instead took my chances somewhere else. Terrible service and a waste of my time.
