I waited on hold for over an hour to speak with the pharmacy. Pharmacy tech was apologetic but said it was just her and one pharmacist working. How does a company valued at $31 Billion not have the ability to properly staff their pharmacies? My guess is poor regional/local management. CVS in the Richmond area is much better.

We are in the middle of a pandemic; you would think the pharmacy staff would take the most basic precautions. Today one was in their wearing her face mask but her nostrils were exposed as she filled prescriptions.
