“Decent place to do your banking business. Savings rates suck as all places right now locally. Customer service is ok but not the best. Friendly but nothing special! For example they say that they will match rates CD with anyone local and then don't. I just renewed a CD at 4.22% for two years and showed them others that were closer to 5% and they wouldn't match or go any higher. When it comes up again, I will be better prepared and will take my business somewhere else if needed!”

“I just wanted to publically acknowledge how incredible Marinsville First Savings Bank has been...when I purchased my first home 6 years ago they made the process so smooth...to the point where, as I’m currently studying for real estate, it’s amazing to me as I learn about the process myself, how easy they made it for me....I’m refinancing my house that I currently have through them and they have been nothing but supportive and diligent the entire time....anytime I need a document, it’s within hours that myself or another institution has it in hand which has never been my experience anywhere else. (It’s usually multiple phone calls and jumping through hoops or having to just do it myself)Between the 2 banks I’ve been in communication with and the lawyers office...I wish the others communicated half as well as they didIf anyone needs a loan or an account opened...I would definitely recommend going to see Roger !”

Chelsie, the Assistant Branch Manager helped me with literally everything i needed... She was so incredibly helpful... If I could give an A++++ I would... She answered all of my questions and helped me set everything up... “Just joined here at Carter Bank & Trust, and Miss Racheal Shelton, the Branch Manager did an awesome job setting me up with an account quickly and efficiently! I didn't get the name of the teller in the front, but she did an excellent job as well! Everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful when I was there. I love the fact that they have instant issue debit cards that they activate there, so I don't have to call to activate them, but can use them in an hour, instead of the next day or week. (I had a bad experience with a different bank on this issue, since their activation system was messed up.) Anyways, thank y'all very much, CB&T. I'm looking forward to doing all my banking here from now on!”
“I’m not even a member of PACU but I got great customer service from Stephanie (Ruby) Rubio in the Eden office. My former bank was taken over by another company and I couldn’t deposit or withdraw money from my account. Even though Ms Rubio wasn’t able to fix the problem (not her fault) she gave me several options to try, and was very honest about the specifics of the situation. Great customer service. Thank you, Ms Rubio.”
“I've been with First National Bank since they bought out Newbridge and they have been great. Their fraud division has caught issues as soon as anything happened on my debit card. They allowed me to open an account when I needed it the most. Every time I have drove up thru the window everything was smooth. Likewise when I had to go inside. Their app is wonderful. No long waits with either. 5 stars in my opinion.”

In the past few years in particular, one teller has stood out as above and beyond. Jośe Membreńo is always friendly, professional, accurate and prompt. He very quickly became a “go to” person for help is resolving any issues at the bank. Hopefully management will recognize the positive attitude and work ethic Jośe brings to this branch and keep him front and center representing Carter Bank.”
