They are great! They took their time with our 2 year old granddaughter while she made her birthday bear.

Kirk was the kindest most amazing person there. I personally was so overwhelmed when i brought my 2 daughters and my sister but he took over telling my girls jokes and just made the visit to build a bear great overall. I hope everyone gets greeted by kirk when they walk in.

This is the cutest store on the planet earth. Staff were absolutely wonderful in this small store! It is also very clean here, but a bit pricey.
