“Wow I thought this place had gone bankrupt!!! I haven't thought about JCPenney for at least 15 years. They've got nice stuff--suit separates, womens wear. Prices online are better. The first time I visited i went in the lower level and it definitely felt like I was in a restricted access area and no one was around. But I've been back a few times and have had good shopping experiences there. I dont even go to Macy's or Belk anymore because I like JCPenney's stuff better. I did an online return to store that went fine.”

“The Stores are stocked with nice clothes and Everything! Got a lot more of school clothes for grandkids! How ever DONT waste ya time to sell Anything there! My daughter went through her kids clothes! No stains, no holes, different sizes boys & girls! Very nice stuff a whole huge tote. Drove 2 hrs to take it all and they gave her $7. And sent most of them back home with her! From taking them in store, to picking her $ up was maybe 15 min! There is NO WAY they went through all those clothes! They kept maybe 5 things if that!”
