I was hooked immediately. Staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable. You get personalized instructions and advice plus enough classes to choose from. I love this place and for the price.., nothing compares!!!!! I have a gym family.”

“I stopped in out of town to do a work out here. I was immediately greeted, shown around, and given phenomenal hospitality! Everyone was so kind to me for my entire stay. And the workout itself was absolutely brutal!I would definitely recommend this gym if you’re looking for an amazing atmosphere with even better people!”

“I've been a member for about 1 year now. I'm 47, retired military, on the heavier side, and new to the Roanoke are. At the start of my time at Unify, walking stairs hurt my knees, I couldn't run more than a few 100 feet due to pain, and I k ew no one in the Valley.
Today, I squatted 385# for 3 reps, am now running intervals of 400+ meters, stairs do NOT hurt anymore, and I now have a great group of new friends in the area.
Unify is a cross-functional type gym. We do all the major movements - squat, deadlift, bench - plus Olympic lifts, bar/rig work, and a whole lot more! The coaches are always ready with adaptations or scaled options should you need them - & we don't judge if you do, because we ALL have at one time or another.

“I am from Kingsport, TN and used to a much larger powerlifting gym. With that being said, I love this place. Small but gets the job done and has everything I need. I have a gym for short workouts at my apartment, but when I want to do deads, or have serious sessions I know I have a new home gym to come to. From a small town TN girl to a relatively large city in comparison, I’m happy to have found a place that gives me all the benefits of powerlifting and also being 24/7 that wasn’t planet fitness. No hate to that place, just doesn’t give me what I need. Kingsport Fitness will always be my first love, but M Power is definitely stealing a lil piece of my heart and helping me in my transition to a new city. ?”

“Great gym! All gyms that have weights are good but the staff at this location in Towers Shopping Center, Roanoke make the difference. Amber is absolutely amazing from walking me through the initial sign up process to solving a few technical issues with my account that were on my end. She is always happy and drops everything to make our workouts great. Even multitasking with several customers at the desk, she still manages to greet everyone with a smile as we walk in. People that work as hard as Amber and have her work ethic are what makes your company. You have a gym member for life. Thanks Planet Fitness!”
“Good for all ages.Kiddie pool area for 0-4 older kids can play on it though. Leads into 3ft area and then a small lazy river and then there is a bigger slide across the pool dropping into 3ft. The life guards are moving and watching constantly and it’s very reassuring!”
