Hours appear to be inaccurate. I tried to enter the mall Saturday at 930am as H&M hours indicate it was open but doors are locked. I think the mall opens at 11am Saturday

Poor customer service skills. We were never greeted, and when checking out, the associate never made eye contact, never said hi, just told us the total.
