It works if you just have to stop quick. I would recommend any other kroger in Roanoke if you need to actually do a shopping trip. And whatever you do, don't get stuck having to use the restrooms. Go to the Lowes next door.

After a mishap at Kroger pick up on my part I went inside and asked for a manager then Tom appeared he solved my problem I had and was very nice and showed great customer service
