“The staff is friendly and you’re usually in and out of this place fairly quickly, but they are now requiring you to pay for their insurance if you rent a pick up truck. Just a heads up. It's not included in the price and they make you pay extra even if you have a credit card that will cover it.”
“I had the BEST experience with the U-Haul on Williamson. Mr. James was fantastic, incredibly helpful and was working his tukus off. I was so happy with the service I received and would absolutely recommend this location. I have to shout out the location on Hershberger as well b/c I went to that location accidentally and the associate there called around to find out where I was supposed to be. Service at both Roanoke locations was outstanding.”
