“I just traded in my Kia for a new EV6 at Hart Kia and the experience was great! I had been shopping around for months trying to get into a different Kia. While I loved my Niro EV, I wanted something sportier and was keen on the EV6 or the Ioniq5. I had reached out to literally dozens of dealers over the course of a few months and the experience was frustrating and disheartening. It had soured me on Hyundai Kia as a company. Most every dealer I had reached out to low-balled me on my trade-in by thousands, quoting me numbers below KBB and justifying it by blaming Elon Musk for dropping his prices. Absolutely absurd. Also, several had the usual BS mandatory add-on packages and/or ridiculous dealer fees, one of whom was charging $2500 in fees alone.I finally found Hart and the experience was how car buying should be. We worked out a deal via phone/email after which I drove to wrap up the deal and pick up my car. I dealt with Max and Jack and both were awesome. This is just one of those dealerships where you have a good feeling from the get go and you actually feel a sense of trust. I would highly recommend them, regardless of how far you live. I drove 4 hours to get to them and it was well worth it!”
