“We were in a rental car traveling on vacation and had a flat tire. The rental car company contacted Mitchell’s, and Ethan showed up within about 20 minutes. What a relief! Ethan was kind and quick and efficient and we are already on the road to get an exchange car from the rental company. He helped a bad situation be much better.”

“AJ showed up on time and was extremely polite. He was able to maneuver his truck better than I can drive my SUV. He took time to assess the situation and calmly got my equipment recovered. 100% would recommend.”

“My wife and I were in town to care for family when our transmission started getting weird. Two other shops didn't even answer their phones. Jen, picked up right after the prompts. We explained we were here from Oklahoma and neede help. Jen and John came to our rescue with a diagnosis, repair and in a matter of days got us back on the road. HIGHLY recommend this shop for everyone. Nice staff, good communication, reasonable pricing and super friendly. They make it happen. Thank you.”
“The guys at Ralph's Auto Repair Towing are honest and trustworthy. They do good work and are competitive in their pricing. This is the only auto repair shop I use. Keep up the good work guys!”
“Last night my van stalled on 419 in Roanoke. I drifted onto a side street but was blocking traffic. I had no power. It was raining. I have had AAA travel insurance for many years. I called for roadside assistance and also called Roanoke County police. The officer was very helpful. AAA estimated an extensive response time & said someone would call me back. No one did. The officer called Fat Boys tow service. They came in a reasonable time. Shane was the gentleman who was able to tow my van to nearby Firestone. He was also able to restore power enough for me to put the window up , secure the belongings I needed & lock it. Shane then waited for me to complete the info & drop the key & for my daughter to provide me a ride home. He was so very helpful and professional. Thank you to Shane, Fatboys service & Roanoke county police.BSF”

“Broke down on the highway towing our 47 foot toyhauler. Called a bunch of Chevy garages. Couldn’t work on our truck or was too busy. Someone gave us the number to this place and they were more than helpful! Hunter diagnosed the problem and got us fixed up and on the road! Highly recommend!”

“This location was very good. The location on Melrose needs a staff change. I pulled into the lot they had half blocked with a trailer and their employee was honking her horn at me me while sitting in her car smoking. Really? Work for me? Not ever! I rolled my window down and she said. Go back where you came from. I said what? She repeated. I said, I have propane tanks to fill she said, they don't work. I don't argue with bad attitude employees. I just don't go back. She was not worth what I would say t8 her about her actions. The young man on Hershberger, complete opposite. He was dealing with less than respectful customers, and handled it well. I do recommend the Hershberger location.”
