The General Manager, Ms. Christina Streich, assisted in the rental of two vehicles, demonstrating professionalism and operational expertise. While some customers were initially hesitant based on previous reviews, the new manager has improved the experience, making it fast, friendly, and easy. The store takes care of things efficiently, providing equipment in good working order. However, customers should be aware that U-Haul no longer accepts debit cards for pick-ups and van rentals.

Very convenient and most affordable for doing some big item moves locally. I will be back in the future for a larger vehicle when I need to move an entire house.
