“You have to try this place. Friendly staff great food. Good gas prices as well. Sheila at the front desk is a delight. Laurie runs the kitchen and Shelly takes care of the customers. Everybody was friendly considering we were from out of town. If you need a place to stop get good food and meet some good people, come to the chicken coop. I'm not joking about the meatloaf either it really is amazing. I'm at 3 Sheila's today and this one was a delight. 1 Celia was old and mean, and the other Sheila was young and Ratchet. This Sheila was a delight and very friendly. Bye Sheila LOL?”

“Thos Convenience store had prices 15 cents lower than a Shell Station across Hwy 29..AND FURTHER DISCOUNTED 6 CENTS FOR PAYING CASH..That's why they deserve 5 stars. It appears to be a locals place and had a Chicken Place inside not a cheesey Mickey Ds..”
“Got stuck here with a car issue for a couple hours. Folks here are real nice and there's a pizza shop with air conditioning to hold you over. Bathroom is clean and there's lots to choose from for snacks and drinks. Thank you for hosting us in our time of need!”
“I'm pretty "local" I guess you could say but theirs never a time I would pass up "POP". I will find a reason for something I need! I actually frequented the area this evening and of course had to stop, after asking a friend I was goin to see (if he needed anything), 2 packs of full flavor L&M 100s made it easy. 40 mins later I was back on my way!! I recommend if u don't need anything, think harder!”
“This is a convenient place to get gas and a snack. There is a subway shop inside the convenience store. The bathroom is clean. The employees are nice. It seems to be a popular place to grab a lotto ticket as well.”

“We stopped here to get gas on the way home. It was easy enough to get in and out of, but the gas wasn’t the cheapest. The bathrooms were relatively clean. The gas station itself inside was relatively clean.”

“Like it because it's 24 hr. Only place open within 20+ miles to buy gas and cigarettes at night after getting off work. If you make it before 11pm the Food Lion and McDonald's are also open-Bonus. If you don't, SOL you'll wait 7 hrs. or drive at least 30/40mi.”

“This is the best place for food. Anything you get here is good. The fried chicken, the subs, the burgers, the hot dogs. It is all very good. Never gotten anything here I didn't like.”
