I've only ever had phone or mail contact with Salem but they are the most wonderful, helpful people! Very accommodating. I've had at least 2 loans with them and a credit card, checking and savings. They do just about any banking service. When I've had issues with tech support I just call and they walk me through it. If you have an opportunity to join, you will not regret it,”
