“I received a call out of the blue today from Haley at the Vinton branch. I have never set foot in that branch but she made my day with her excellent customer service and proactive suggestions. She was able to switch my Money Market account to a new Money Market account that changed my APY from .01% to over 2%. I am now going to make almost as much daily interest as I've made in over 6 months previously. I should've looked into this a while ago, but it's just always at the very bottom of the list.
