My broken lawnmower, which had been sitting in their repair shop for nearly a year due to the manufacture part being on back order, just replaced it with a new lawnmower when I arrived to take it unfixed and they discovered a former employee marked it “unfixable” and it was disposed of. I am very pleased with their solution, which I did not need to even ask for! I will definitely be giving Northern Tool my business in the future!”
