“Lowe's is a great place to shop for home improvement items. Large selections and lots of great deals. There are only a couple of drawbacks, there seems to only be a handful of employees to help you choose the correct purchase you need for a specific job. And the fact that you may be there quite a while. It's huge so you should know exactly what you need before entering or plan on doing a whole lot of walking.”

“I had a broken spring on my 18' garage door. First business I called came and raised door so I could get car out, but they didn't answer my calls or come again. Dixie Products was the answer. Office was very responsible and arranged for 2 techs to handle the problem. The head tech was very intelligent, extremely knowledgeable, and handled the broken spring (and everything associated with it) in about 45 minutes. Perfect job. Well done. And greatly appreciated from initial phone call to installation. From my experience, Dixie Products is a top notch company.”

One was out of stock and didn't receive any more as promised when ordered.Went to NW Hardware on Williamson Road, and found what I needed on shelf & had pipes cut to fit. “A great place to shop. Has much of the same items as the other big name shops and a few specialty things that you can't find other places. I was looking at all the local Home Improvement stores for manure for my garden, and this was the only location that had it. I was reasonably priced at $4. Definitely recommend.”

After taking home samples and leaving a message that I had made a final decision, Renee was prompt in getting back to me with the cost and delivery date. I called Home Depot and their insurance contacted me in a couple of days and paid for our original contractor to make the repairs. I sincerely appreciate them making it right. “I called regarding a different model dishwasher to verify that this item was in stock as it appeared online. I had the good fortune to speak with Ben at the pro desk of store #664. He said he would check and give me a call back. He promptly called back and let me know they didn't have the item I was looking for, but they had a open box item that was a higher end model and it essentially had the features of the model I was looking forand was deeply discounted. I can not experss how pleased I am with Ben's initiative and willingness to go above and beyond! Ben is an exemplary employee and he is a true asset to his store!”

“Every Time I enter this store, the employees are so polite, nice and helpful. On my way back to the flooring department this afternoon , two employees said good morning. The third employee asked me if I needed assistance. I almost keeled over in shock. In today's sometimes snarky climate, this kind of customer service is rare. Kudos to this store. A special kudos to John and Steve in the flooring department. How patient and helpful they were.”
