“I've had great experiences at the Franklin Rd location. To be specific, Brian (I don't know his last name- all I know is he has dark hair, thin, white and was very professional and helpful) helped me roughly thirteen months ago picking out a vanity for my master- bedroom bathroom. And, just last Thursday, 12 March 2026- Zach in appliances helped me pick out a countertop microwave oven. He too was professional, helpful, friendly and to-the-point. Zach also provided his knowledge, opinion and advised me on brandnames of both microwave ovens and refrigerators that he would and wouldn't recommend, which I appreciated. I purchased a microwave on the spot and tossed my old one in the trash that evening. Brian and Zack- ?????? thank you both.”
