The old store was amazing but the new location is sooooo much better. Very easy to get in and out of and it is a freestanding location so they have their own parking lot!”

“I purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher from Austin’s and, after a couple of minor administrative glitches, it was delivered and installed very professionally. The installer, Chad, is a general contractor and clearly knows everything there is to know about installing dishwashers (Note to homeowners: this is not a DIY project!). Chad went about the installation smoothly, quickly and explained the basic functions of the dishwasher before leaving. He did a terrific job. A word about Austin’s: The firm is local and has an excellent reputation. The people I talked with on the phone couldn’t have been more pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend checking out Austin’s before heading to the big box stores.”

The salespeople are a lot more knowledgeable and helpful than you will find in the big box stores. They all really know about the products they are selling and are willing to share that knowledge with their customers. Delivery was timely and they worked extra hard to install the refrigerator which is not as easy as just unloading it. I will be back!”

I called Home Depot and their insurance contacted me in a couple of days and paid for our original contractor to make the repairs. I sincerely appreciate them making it right.
