“I was at this location and purchased $463 worth of merchandise and their debit card system malfunctioned and timed out. They took the money out of my account I showed them on my bank app and they wouldn't give me my merchandise! the lady then told me it was my problem to figure it out myself. I then lost my temper and told them I paid for it they messed up and they needed to give me my money back or give me what I paid for. She then told me that they didn't take anything and that it would go back into my account! How will it go back if it never came out?!?! I contacted corporate and they seen the transactions and said I would have my money back.... I still have yet to get my money back so I will be contacting a lawyer and filling a lawsuit. This 500 gonna cost 20k+ for them now. I'll never go to this location ever again. The staff is beyond ignorant.”
