“Brought my 2020 Ford Explorer to Robert’s following a diagnostics from NexGen Automotive (directly behind Roberts) with an AWD system fault. One the local Ford dealer had failed to fix after two attempts even though there is a Ford Technical Service Bulletin out on the very problem I was having. Teaming with NexGen for the electrical diagnostics they were able to fix the Explorer and at a much more reasonable cost. Great people to work with! Highly recommended!”

“When driving home from vacation, my car broke down on the side of the road. I had it towed to Maiden and son’s garage. Since I was from out of town I had no idea where I needed to go to get my car fixed. They do not do transmissions, but they helped me find the perfect people to get it fixed. “In the last 8 years, we have been loyal to both Toyota and Honda brands and have worked with local Roanoke dealerships for 3 car purchases over those 8 years. Soured by our experience with both salesmen and service departments, we started to look into other comparative brands. The car buying experience was seamless for us and didn't take hour after exhaustive hour to complete. The Hart Kia team was organized and the process was streamlined. We weren't forced to sit through lectures about warranties and we weren't pressured about any useless upsells. Local competitors should take a page out of Hart Kia's book and make car buying a rewarding and painless experience.”

“Had two broken windows panels that had to be replaced and looked into I called Sam and he worked with my problem and gave me a time to look into it he saw my window and came back to me a couple days later with a quote with a great price thought I would pay more but I didn’t have to he then gave me a time to work on it and finished in a couple of hours now my window looks brand new and as if nothing happen he also gave me great customer service and worked with me too if you need any window panels replaced or door panels too he’s your guy!”

The people here were very friendly and helped me in my emergency situation because I was trying to get my family by to Birmingham, Alabama.
