“Excellent customer service! I called LaDiff yesterday for advice on a leather recliner, and Lea (designer) went completely above and beyond. All over the phone and text, she checked inventory, provided delivery options, and sent over quotes in no time. I was incredibly impressed by how well she knew her stock and how quickly she calculated timelines for special orders. To top it off, I texted her a photo of my room, and she used an AI tool to reply with pictures of how the furniture would actually look in my space. She truly went the extra mile - highly recommend working with Lea!”
“Exceptional service from Jennifer and Elijah!
Even though I was not quite ready to make a purchase, Jennifer and Elijah provided outstanding assistance in helping me plan and decorate an entire house. If this is the level of service customers receive before making a purchase, I can only imagine how amazing the experience will be once I actually buy my furniture.
When I arrived, my intention was simply to explore options at this store and several others. However, by the time Jennifer and Elijah finished helping me, I was completely sold and no longer felt the need to look anywhere else. They helped me find everything I needed to furnish my home.
They are truly magnificent. Their customer service is the kind that keeps customers coming back time and time again. Thank you, Jennifer and Elijah, for providing such exceptional service. You made this a wonderful shopping experience, and I look forward to returning.”
“Kathy was absolutely wonderful and was so helpful!!! She helped us with an amazing deal!!! You may be able to get the same furniture in another place, but you will not get the same great deal and customer service!!! Businesses have the great customer service and personal care with which they used to take care of their customers. Homemakers Furniture was so smart to have Kathy as a customer care specialist!!! We were well taken care if and I'm sure will enjoy our new furniture for years to come!!! We are sending everyone to Honemakers!!! Thank you for showing us that great customer service has not been completely lost!!!”
“Love going to this store to peruse and just look. We usually find something neat or beautiful to buy. The furniture is always gorgeous but not always priced well. They have a variety of vendors and it's a great store if you're shopping for a gift.”
“Hidden Gem! It took a little bit of a search, this place is tucked away behind Cold Harbor Restaurant in an industrial type office park. Nice antiques and handmade items. Friendly staff.”
“I were impressed with a pleasant, patient and Kind attitude. Ms. Linda was Amazing and I appreciate her clearly!☺ Good job 👏 👍”
“Very cool place! I came for a specific item, and had to force myself not too look at all the other cool stuff I wasn't there for. So many amazing looking vintage pieces of furniture and art. The owner was super nice and had very friendly vibes.”
“Had to order a part for my Samsung dishwasher, called and Shana in Customer Service quickly found my part and expeditiously processed my order. Gotta love REAL people answering the phone and processing orders. Thank you Shana for being cheerful and understanding, you were fantastic to speak with and getting my part ordered.”
“Excellent customer service from Logan in the store, knowledgeable, was ready with a measuring tape in hand to help us in the store. Delivery drivers were professional, took time and care to set up the furniture for us. Delivery staff Elliott and Noah were a pleasure to have in our home.”

“I just want to say this particular At Home store is pretty awesome! The customer service is exceptional. Everyone that works in there seems to go above and beyond every time I’m in this store. I also like it because it’s tucked away and I feel like there’s so much to choose from! Thanks for such great customer service!”
