“We have been using Copy Cat Printing for years! The front office uses them for labels, envelopes, note pads and so forth. My department uses them to print our very large and involved Overhead Crane OEM Manuals, up to 1,600 pages per document with dividers and tabs. Some of the pages must be folded a specific way, some pages are a specific color or have to be printed in color etc. We have strict guidelines to follow regarding our OEM Manuals and I can trust Copy Cat is going to provide exactly what we need.”

“I dropped off 7 packages to ship last Thursday, that were all QR codes that had to be scanned and then packaged up by the team at Fed-ex. I have to say this was one of the top customer service experiences I have had in my lifetime. Dakota was a gem! She was so friendly, professional, efficient and just overall a ray of sunshine - where you really don't see that much anymore. She got a rhythm down with my 7 packages and had everything submitted in no time!
The other worker was also great, welcoming everyone that entered in and making sure that every customer feet seen while she worked on a customer's print job.

“I’m not very tech savvy, being an old person, and I was on deadline to get the color copies from a power point. Matthew was super helpful and was so patience with my incompetence. Not only the first time I went in but when I had to come back later that evening to print more photos using word - he was still going out of his way by reprinting the photos when the machine I used put a line across each photo and this was after closing time by then! I can’t tell you how grateful I am to Matthew for being the person I needed tonight so I would be ready in the morning for the preschool presentation. He was a lifesaver!”
