“As the Operations Manager of Folkes Electric, I have come to rely on Craig Jones and his team at Cobb for all of our printing needs. Whether it be purchasing or upgrading new hardware, troubleshooting and repairing unforeseen issues, or scheduling routine preventative maintenance on the devices, Cobb has been there every step of the way. Although every technician that has been to our office has been professional and knowledgeable, Craig Jones definitely raised the bar. Top notch service!”

“I recently ran my 4th EDDM campaign through Taradel. I continue coming back because the company makes the process so simply and hands off, allowing me to focus on best providing the services that I offer, rather than navigate marketing. Their team is willing and prompt to help with design feedback and routes, ensuring you are completely satisfied with the outcome before preceding forwards. Would 10/10 recommend for your advertising needs.”

“I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had such a good experience with their online printing services and pick-up. Needed to print out a bunch of low-quality photos for a party and they came out looking very crisp and highly pigmented. Also, although the online printing service appears looks a bit archaic, the editing options rival those of FedEx and Staples. And when I came to pick up my copies, the front desk employee came all the way over to check on me and make sure my copies were to my satisfaction because the worker at by the printing services was busy helping another customer. How professional and team-oriented! I would certainly recommend this location.”

“I had such a great experience with Diante! He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I needed to overnight an important package, and he took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain my options. What stood out most was how sensitive and understanding he was about the reason I needed the package delivered quickly. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and reassuring. His customer service was truly appreciated. Thank you, Diante!”

“I went to this location to have a document shrunken and laminated. The lady behind the counter happily did exactly what I needed done. Unlike the Mechanicsville location where the guy behind the counter had an attitude and didn’t want to help. He directed me to the pay copier to do the shrinking myself, so he could just laminate it. Also found other items I wanted while I was at this location. Overall I had a great experience.”

“The lady who works there. She is the nicest sweetest person I’ve ever met there. Not just there. She stands above most all customer service help I’ve seen in a very long time. I think you are blessed to have such a happy well knowledge person working for your store.”

“I had the greatest chance to work with Naomi and Darrell! I had a print order that had gone wrong at a different establishment and they both were able to ease my worries and help me out on the spot! They were both so kind, knowledgeable, and just overall good people. Will be coming back to this location more!”
