And then Woody was my delivery driver and was so accommodating, cheerful and helpful. I just kept saying all day what a blessing he was. Even after all the paperwork was signed and the delivery was completed he asked if there was anything else we needed as he didn’t mind helping. I was blown away with how smooth he made the delivery of storage I had not seen in over 6 years. He made contact days in advance and went above and beyond what was expected of him. I know the property is nothing fancy but I don’t need fancy. I just need a affordability and security and storing my belongings and that is what this place does they have the best customer service, very accommodating, always kind and go above and beyond in help with any sort of situation. “The My Guys team was fantastic in our local RVA move. Great communication and coordination early on, Ray did a detailed on site survey and inspection that informed our affordable estimate. Joe was flexible and responsive in scheduling the move to meet our timeline. Purcell led the moving team of awesome and careful gentlemen, Anthony, Tyrone, and Brad. They hustled for nine hours on one of the hottest days of the year, taking good care of fragile items and freshly painted walls. These are my go-to guys.”
