“Everything is fine except the setting area rotating swivel chairs hurt my back, I had lower back surgery February of last year. These chairs are very low and when trying to set the chairs go down even more about 6 inches, also swivel as setting I almost landed in the floor twisting my back to the extreme right. I believe these types of chairs need to be replaced before someone else gets hurt.(Thank you) Other than that the service was good, but expensive.”

“We had a 4 inch screw pop our tire on I-77 and were able to quickly find Main Street Tire Service near us. They were quick to action and had my tire all patched up within 15 minutes. They were very kind and helpful in our panic about our 600+ mile drive home! If I could give 10 stars I would! ⭐️”

“Very nice people to work with you. Always able to help when needed. This last time at the shop...I was pleasantly surprised that Nathan and Charlie Taylor, plus others I don't know their names....they took care of us like family. We had so much wrong with our car plus money was an issue too. They worked to get it fixed temporarily until funds can be reached fir the total care of our car. You don't expect a big business to work with you but they do here at Shelor Motormile. However don't expect to be treated good by them unless you are willing to be nice to them. Too many people get mad at mechanics for not fixing their vehicles under their(yours) rules. Being hateful, rude, etc...gets you no where with anyone. Kindness, understanding, patience, etc... goes along way if you allow yourself to be humble and kind. Try it some day...see what happens when your nice...things get done and you are happy with your results. Just my opinion on how if we put our good...we get good in return. Think about it.”
“Bunker Auto Repair provided A++ world class top tier service. Would recommend.
I broke down on I-81, far from home. Found Bunker on Google, they picked up the phone right away, and within an hour literally drove 15 min to me to fix my car in the gas station parking lot.
Ultimately still had to tow it to the shop as the issue was more serious than we initially thought, but the needed repairs were made in record time (only took him 15 min to do an est. 45 min replacement of the worn out belt tensioner), and I was back on the road.

“We called Tire Discounters Christiansburg after we discovered we had a badly damaged run-flat tire while driving on I81. Amber was very helpful on the phone and assured us we could have is replaced quickly that afternoon. After inspecting, the mechanic (Mike?) found the other rear tire was equally worn through to the steel belts. Boy are we glad he checked the other tires! The cause was the tires being out of alignment. While this caused us a short delay, midway on our 600+ mile trip from Georgia to Pennsylvania, Amber and Mike took care of us quickly, installing 2 new tires with courtesy and professionalism. They helped us to understand what likely caused the misalignment. Amber also notified us of a recent recall on our particular BMW that our dealer back home had not yet notified us about. We need more businesses like this one! This team is highly recommended!”

“I was 350 miles from home on a rainy Sunday afternoon near Blacksburg when car troubles began. I managed to limp my car to The Bug Shop early the following day. Greg quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts delivered overnight and the car repaired by the following afternoon. The folks at the shop (Jason, Greg, and others) did everything possible to get me back on the road as quickly as they could. Since I bought the Kia at Motor Mile, inspection was no-charge. Logan and the other staff are always pleasant and professional (and I enjoyed a mocha espresso drink in the lounge while I waited!).”
