“The staff at E&E take excellent care of their customers. They are responsive to requests, even on short notice, and they follow up promptly with any updates. This shop came highly recommended when I was in need of replacing an engine in a vehicle. I am now taking all of my vehicle there.”

“Met with T.J and Pat. TJ was very helpful and patient with me. 10/10 would recommend TJ. We were handed over to Pat next. We lived Pat. It was her birthday when we were there and she was also helpful. 10/10 would recommend Pat! TJ and Pat were a great team and we will likely request them in the future.”

“Everything is fine except the setting area rotating swivel chairs hurt my back, I had lower back surgery February of last year. These chairs are very low and when trying to set the chairs go down even more about 6 inches, also swivel as setting I almost landed in the floor twisting my back to the extreme right. I believe these types of chairs need to be replaced before someone else gets hurt.(Thank you) Other than that the service was good, but expensive.”

“We took our 2019 Suburban here for multiple issues. They were so amazing. Not only did they do quality work, but they were able to source less expensive parts and bring our estimate down quite a bit. We were really impressed with their customer service and their willingness to give us a more budget friendly option.”

“Very nice people to work with you. Always able to help when needed. This last time at the shop...I was pleasantly surprised that Nathan and Charlie Taylor, plus others I don't know their names....they took care of us like family. We had so much wrong with our car plus money was an issue too. They worked to get it fixed temporarily until funds can be reached fir the total care of our car. You don't expect a big business to work with you but they do here at Shelor Motormile. However don't expect to be treated good by them unless you are willing to be nice to them. Too many people get mad at mechanics for not fixing their vehicles under their(yours) rules. Being hateful, rude, etc...gets you no where with anyone. Kindness, understanding, patience, etc... goes along way if you allow yourself to be humble and kind. Try it some day...see what happens when your nice...things get done and you are happy with your results. Just my opinion on how if we put our good...we get good in return. Think about it.”

“Bunker Auto Repair provided A++ world class top tier service. Would recommend. I broke down on I-81, far from home. Found Bunker on Google, they picked up the phone right away, and within an hour literally drove 15 min to me to fix my car in the gas station parking lot. Ultimately still had to tow it to the shop as the issue was more serious than we initially thought, but the needed repairs were made in record time (only took him 15 min to do an est. 45 min replacement of the worn out belt tensioner), and I was back on the road. Incredible service, honest and adept fellas over at Bunker!!”

“Inspection was quick and without fluff. If you've got a pair of safety glasses, you can just walk around the place and check out the cars in the shop. Loved seeing the '04 Civic in for a head gasket job. Never seen the 1.7L up close and taken apart. The only thing I can criticize is the fact they don't have a hydraulic lift for inspections, especially when they're checking for play in terms of ball joints and bearings. The whole vehicle should be up in the air.”

“I was 350 miles from home on a rainy Sunday afternoon near Blacksburg when car troubles began. I managed to limp my car to The Bug Shop early the following day. Greg quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts delivered overnight and the car repaired by the following afternoon. The folks at the shop (Jason, Greg, and others) did everything possible to get me back on the road as quickly as they could. I can't say enough about their mechanical expertise and their going the extra mile to help me when I was in a desperate situation. GOOD FOLKS ALL AROUND!Jeff Calcutt”

“My pickup broke down in Christiansburg, and we couldn't get any help, we called these guys and they were right there. Towed the truck all the way back to Bluefield, we're very polite and courteous, handle my truck with respect, and didn't charge me my first born child. Very happy with the service, super nice guys.”

“Honesty, integrity, and AMAZING customer service! I am a long time customer and stopped in yesterday to have a crack in my windshield looked at. Dawn and one of the techs came out and took a look. They advised me to do what they would do - leave it alone! No upsell, just honesty and good advice. I can guarantee you that Dawn, with her kindness and attention to detail will make any repair a more pleasant experience:-).”

“I have nothing but good things to say about the guys at Chevy Service. I’ve been working with Logan and he’s been unbelievably helpful. He was able to fit me in late notice to do service prior to a trip. He even answered my texts late in the evening and was super knowledgeable. Make sure you ask for this guy because he is super personable and knows his Chevy’s.”

“Initially, there was a little confusion regarding the extended warranty on my parents 2018 Nissan Frontier. After voicing my concerns regarding the matter, Shelors responded and was immediately ready to find a solution. They explained everything and went above and beyond to ensure that a very stressful situation resulted in a renewed trust and loyalty in Shelor's service department. The truck was repaired and is driving like new. Patsy and Bryan as well as the customer relations and vehicle service departments are Rockstars and I recommend Shelors sales and service to anyone. They will always be my go to for vehicle purchases. Thank you again Shelors!”

“We were referred by a friend to the hands of Ryan East who basically helped me pick the vehicle I was looking for in the price range I was looking for without even stepping foot on the property. When we got there he had the paperwork ready to sign and made the process as quick and painless as possible! The finance department wasn’t pushy with all the extra warranties like our last dealership purchase was! Overall this was a great experience and we really appreciate you guys thank you again!”

“I stopped by after lunch without an appointment and within 2 hours, had my state inspection done, some bulbs replaced, and all fluid levels checked. Since I bought the Kia at Motor Mile, inspection was no-charge. Logan and the other staff are always pleasant and professional (and I enjoyed a mocha espresso drink in the lounge while I waited!).”

“Every service advisor I’ve had at this dealership has been very knowledgeable and professional —most recently Logan. The mechanics fix it right the first time. I trust them with all three of my GM vehicles for simple and major repairs. These folks work hard to EARN repeat customers.”
