A great variety of veggies & fruit, good quality meat & seafood, and surprisingly good sushi for a supermarket (look for sushi sales on Wednesdays).My only complaint, and it's a pretty glaring one: the website is incredibly bad. It'll list a plethora of different items as "available in store", yet when you show up a few minutes later: they are nowhere to be seen. It's 2023, it's not that hard to come up with a competent POS system that deducts from stock with each purchase made. I'm sure I'm not the only person who's been burnt this way.That being said, it's still my favorite place to get groceries in town. Just don't get your hopes up if they have something listed as "available" online.”

“I love everything about La Morena & eat here regularly. My go to dishes are either the burrito supreme or an array of tacos, sopes, gorditas, and pupusas. I’ve never had a bad dish from here. Since the pandemic I’ve been doing a lot of take out from La Morena and it’s always easy, but I also love to eat there from time-to-time. Their salsa bar is top notch, the food is awesome, and the service is great. 10/10 definitely the spot I most recommend to folks who are visiting or new to Harrisonburg”

“Quality food made from scratch upon ordering it. Staff is very personable. The owner moved to the U.S. from Ethiopia about 10 years ago; he took time to explain what goes into different dishes and make specific recommendations for each of the people in my group. Best Ethiopian food I've had. Located inside a convenience store, come to this restaurant knowing the decor is slim and that you're in store for some dang good eats. Leave ready to spread the word about an awesome new dining experience.”

“This is my go-to stop for gas & breakfast when I'm headed west to ride the trails. It's nice place to sit and have a chicken biscuit, at least as far as 7-Elevens go. Everybody who works there is very nice and there always seems to be another customer who wants to talk bikes.”

“This place is very convenient compared with going into Harrisonburg if you don't have to. They have a great selection of products for how small the store really is. All the Redbull favors, tons of kinds of chip and drinks. I always stop and get gas here. My only complaint is the size of their parking lot, however there isn't much they can really do about that.”

“This is a Typical Sheetz but probably one of the smaller ones with fewer pumps. It maybe smaller but it has everything you would expect from a convenient store to include a made-to-order kitchen. It was also equipped with several Tesla supercharger stations.”
