“I love this place! I make regular deliveries to Microsoft in Boydton weekly. And I stop here for the friendly faces and amazing fried chicken. I swear by it. It will give your grannie's a run. The ladies are the, too. Try to forgive a couple of them for being Cowboy fans.”

Small variety of sandwiches, too, and ice cream. A tackle shop is in the building as well. A dock and walkway accommodates visitors from the lake.”

“Love this place. The owner, Trudy, is a gem... very friendly and helpful.They always have a variety of fresh produce that comes from local farms from the surrounding area. They also carry a few other items that are tasty treats.If you can't make it to Chase City, she also has another building just outside of Clarksville on Hwy 58 that's opened on Sundays.Come July... you really want to stop by and get a Halifax Cantaloupe. Far as I know, she's the only local to carry them and they are the sweetest, and best tasting Cantaloupe you'll ever eat here in Mecklenburg County!”
